Licensing

Feature: Archive email addresses used for completed references

Description: When someone uses Binti to provide a reference, they might later apply for licensing through an agency. Since their email is linked to the earlier reference, the Customer Support team had to manually release the email to be used for a new account. Now, emails are automatically archived when applications are completed (whether they're approved, withdrawn, etc.), making them available for use in the future automatically.

Feature: Retain filters on Background Checks page when deleting a record

Description: When applying a filter on the Background Checks and then subsequently deleting a background check, the applied filter(s) would be removed. Now, filters will persist after deleting a background check.

Feature: Source date of birth information from caregiver forms

Description: When a caregiver enters their date of birth on a form, Binti can now optionally populate that date into the Binti data model, making it visible on the Applicant Data page.

Feature: Performance Improvement: Reference column load time with Caregiver Documents 2.0

Description: When an agency uses Caregiver Documents 2.0, the Reference column load time was sometimes slower than expected. We have implemented changes to the reduce load time.

Feature: Family Map and Recruiting Progress access via Agency Relationships

Description: For agencies using Agency Relationships, the Family Map and Recruiting Progress reports now accurately display data from associated agencies.

Feature: [Bug Fix] Status Change Report displays incorrect data when filtering with Agency Relationships

Description: We have identified and remedied an issue for agencies using Agency Relationships where the Status Change Report displayed erroneous Application Signed data when applying filters.

Feature: [Bug Fix] Fix text box focus on Filters menu

Description: We have identified and remedied an issue with filters that use a drop-down text box. Previously, the text box did not focus correctly, requiring a second click to begin typing.

Feature: [Bug Fix] Notification of completed forms emails not going to some workers

Description: We have identified and remedied an issue where notifications for completed forms were not being sent. As a result of this fix, some workers may receive historic emails this week.
