November 16, 2023 Release

Licensing

Feature: Agency Relationships: New Agency column in Case Load Report

Description: For agencies with Agency Relationships enabled, a new "Agency" column has been added to the Case Load Report to clearly delineate the information being displayed.

Availability: All agencies with Agency Relationships

Feature: Agency Relationships: Display all agency data on Family Map

Description: For agencies with Agency Relationships enabled, data for all associated agencies is now displayed when the Family Map loads, instead of defaulting to information for a single agency.

Feature: [BUG FIX] Primary applicant remains in "Prior Members of Home" after restoring deleted application

Description: When a primary applicant and/or their application are deleted and subsequently restored, the information for the primary applicant was not removed from the "Prior Members of the Home" table on the Households History page which also impacted the API. Now, their information is removed from "Prior Members of the Home" when the primary applicant/an application becomes active again.

Feature: [BUG FIX] Allow partner agency workers to add Other Adults

Description: When a partner agency or partner agency worker was not assigned to an initial licensing application for a caregiver, they encountered and error in adding an Other Adult during a renewal. This has been fixed and now partner agency workers can successfully add an "Other Adult" during a renewal.

Feature: [BUG FIX] Error displayed on References page

Description: When loading the References page, some users encountered, "Error: Cannot return null for non-nullable field ApplicationReference.firstName". This has been fixed and the error will no longer display.

Placements

Feature: [BUG FIX] Placement Options dashboard: Date of Last Contact column is incorrect

Description: When viewing the Placement Options dashboard, the Date of Last Contact column would sometimes display an incorrect contact date. This has been fixed and the column now displays the correct contact date.

Feature: Make CSV downloads faster

Description: When downloading a very large CSV file from a dashboard, it could sometimes take longer than expected to generate the download. We have made changes to make generation of CSV downloads faster.

Feature: [BUG FIX] Caregiver Documents 2.0: Consistent order of Agency Forms

Description: When upgrading to Caregiver Documents 2.0, Agency Forms would sometimes appear out of order on the Documents page. This has been fixed and Agency Forms will retain the desired order.

API

Feature: Add "created_at" and "updated_at" to placement_provider endpoint

Description: When querying the placement_provider API endpoint, results now return the date that a provider was created and last updated. See API Docs for more information.
