The following features are now live as of Friday, May 3.

Here is a summary of our May 3, 2024 release. Our full release notes offer additional detail including feature availability. Please contact your Customer Success Managers with any questions.

Improvements

Licensing

  • When creating a new Email Campaign, the rows of the email recipients table will highlight when hovering your cursor. This change improves readability of the information in the rows.

Platform

  • Agency worker signature buttons now use the term “worker” in place of “caseworker”. This language change reduces confusion for certain jurisdictions where “caseworker” is a specific job title.

  • When a user initiates a password reset, their account will be automatically unlocked if it was previously locked. Following repeated failed login attempts, an account becomes locked as a security measure. To regain access, an email containing an unlock link is delivered to the user. Previously, if the user did not click on this link prior to requesting a password reset, the reset process would not succeed because the account remained locked.

Placements

  • A new “Provider Not in Binti” placement type is available. This change helps accommodate placement options that do not need to be formally stored in Binti such as unlicensed kin. Agencies can now type in that family information directly into that placement type page.

  • The placement type “County Community Family” has been reworded to “Community Family licensed by our agency”. This language change is more inclusive for the various types of private and public agencies utilizing Binti.

Fixes

Licensing

  • [FIX] A loading issue with the Case Loads report is now resolved. In some cases, agencies were unable to generate the report.
