June 13 Binti Release: Improved awareness for confidential connections in Family Finding and more

Here is a summary of our June 13, 2024 release. Our full release notes offer additional detail including feature availability. Please contact your Customer Success Managers with any questions.

Improvements

Licensing

• The file name for the PDF of all documents now has more information. When downloading the "PDF of Documents", the filename now contains the family name, agency name, and time and date when the PDF was generated.

  

Family Finding & Engagement

• The ability to edit a connection of a child is now permission based. The edit connection link will only appear if the user has permissions to edit the application and will direct to the Edit Applicant Data page.

• The logic for the “All” status tab has been updated. For agencies using the Child Placing Agency/Child Care Agency licensing dashboard, the "All" tab now shows the total of all other tabs, as opposed to every application repeated for a provider.  

• More awareness when a connection is confidential. When adding a connection to a child in an open Family Finding Search, if the connection has an application in Binti and is marked as 'confidential', we now show text indicating that the connection's profile is confidential.

Licensing

• [FIX] Waivers on Other Adult forms are now user specific (as opposed to application specific). Previously, a waived Other Adult form would register for the application as opposed to the specific Other Adult.
