Here is a summary of our June 6, 2024 release. Our full release notes offer additional detail including feature availability. Please contact your Customer Success Managers with any questions.

Improvements

Licensing

  • You can now create multiple status changes notifications. For example, you can trigger a custom message to notify a caregiver when their application is approved and another message if it is denied. This enhancement allows you to enable one custom email notification per status change, improving upon the original release, which only permitted a single status change email. To enable this feature, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

  • The term “orientation password” has been replaced with “orientation passcode” to better differentiate between account passwords and application passcodes used to advance in the application process. This updated terminology is visible on the Applicant Data page and to caregivers when completing an application.

Family Finding & Engagement

  • Assigning a worker is no longer required to open a Family Finding Search. This change benefits agencies that wish to initiate a family finding search without assigning a worker.

  • New API endpoints have been added. Agencies can now utilize the following: GET /api/v1/children/:id/relationships/social_connections, GET /api/v1/social_connections, and GET /api/v1/social_connections/:id. These additions allow agencies to access data from the Family Finding & Engagement module.

Fixes

Licensing

  • [FIX] Phone numbers added via data import can now be deleted. Previously, attempting to delete an imported phone number could result in an error.

  • [FIX] When using custom roles, an agency worker can only approve an application if they have explicit permission. Previously, some users without approval permission could still approve applications if they were designated as supervisors of other agency workers.
