Description: PUT /applications/:application_id now allows the Application ID to be set to 'null' or blank.

Licensing

Feature: Text modification for validation alert when approving an application

Description: When required data is missing from the Edit Application page, a validation error stating, "Applicant data required for approval is incomplete," will appear if an agency worker attempts to approve an application. Previously the error used the term "Applicant information".

Feature: Allow agency worker to select "not in agency care" on most recent historical placement

Description: It is now possible to answer the question "Is this child still in agency care?" for the most recent historical placement.
