Jul 18 Binti Release: Caregiver Signature Email Notifications and more

Improvements

Licensing

• Caregivers can now receive email notifications when a form is ready for their signature, streamlining the licensing process by ensuring prompt notification of outstanding signature requests. See full release notes for additional detail.

• New columns have been added to the table displayed on the Appeals Report to provide an improved summary of appeals data. This change was made in response to user feedback. Some columns were removed to accommodate the new columns, however this data is still accessible via CSV download. See release notes for full details.

• New columns have been added to the Congregate Care/Agency Licensing CSV file download. This change was made in response to user feedback. Some columns were removed as they were not applicable to the dashboard. This change only applies to select agencies utilizing the Congregate Care Licensing dashboard. Family Finding

• The option to display more than 20 results per page is now located below the page navigation buttons. This option is available on the Family Finding Searches and Contact Logs pages underneath the navigation buttons at the bottom of the page.
