Jan 18 Binti Release: Caregiver search in navigation bar and more

Here is a summary of our upcoming January, 18, 2024 release. Our full release notes offer additional detail including feature availability. Please contact your Customer Success Managers with any questions.

New Features

Licensing: Caregiver search in the navigation bar. 

  • Caregiver search is now available in the navigation bar. This allows agency workers to search for caregivers by name or Family ID from any page in Binti. Previously, this was only possible on the Binti homepage. 

Improvements

Licensing: Clearer status change option when approving “In Renewal Process” applications. 

  • On the Change Application Status page for “In Renewal Process” applications, we modified the existing status option "Approved" to use clearer language: "Approve Renewal Application."

Platform: Shared custom roles with agency relationships. 

  • When agency relationships are enabled, a custom role can now be shared across multiple partner/connected agencies. This eliminates the need to create duplicate roles and ensures consistent permissions across agencies.
