• A new Recruitment Sources report provides valuable insights into how applicants learn about your agency to help inform recruitment and retention activities for prospective caregivers. It includes a graph, corresponding data table, and CSV download option based on applicant responses to "How did you hear about us?" Learn more in our Help Center

• Parent agencies can now filter for partner agency application templates on the Caregiver Applications dashboard, making caregiver records easier to sort.

• The caregiver search magnifying glass icon in the navigation bar has been enlarged, making it easier to locate.

• [FIX] The Background Exemptions Report CSV file now downloads without errors for all users.

• [FIX] Renewal training hours now consistently regenerate when transferring applications to new templates using Caregiver Documents 2.0.

• [FIX] When clicking “Send reminder” for Other Adults listed on an application, the reminder email is now properly sent.

Platform

• [FIX] All users with Licensing module permissions can now correctly access caregiver search.
