Feb 1 Binti Release: 32 exciting enhancements across modules
This week we are releasing 32 enhancements which improve the user experience across all Binti modules. This email highlights eight enhancements and our full release notes offer information about the rest. Please contact your Customer Success Manager with any questions.
Improvements
Licensing: All columns on the Caregiver Applications dashboard are clickable.
All columns on the Caregiver Applications dashboard are now clickable and take you to the page associated with the data displayed. This includes: Applicant Data (Edit Application page), Applicant Forms (Documents page), Supporting Documents (Documents page), References (Edit References page), and Agency Forms (Documents or Agency Forms page).
Licensing: Improved progress indicator for "Applicant Data" column on Applicant Data.
Previously, the "Applicant Data" column displayed a gray circle when incomplete and a green circle when complete. We've enhanced this indicator to show the exact percentage of data entered. Once 100% of the data is entered, a green checkmark will appear.
Licensing: Add "Save" as an option to each section of forms to prevent loss of data.
A new "Save" button has been added to each section of forms in Binti. This addition complements the existing "Save and Continue" button, providing the option to save your progress while staying on the same page. This button can be used to pro-actively save work as you complete sections that require long responses.
Licensing: Provide notice when an email invitation is unable to be delivered.
When entering an email for an applicant, reference, or other adult, a new notice will appear to indicate if the email was undeliverable. This notice will appear both in the applicant portal and the agency worker portal.
For agency workers, applicants and other adults will appear on the Applicant Data page and references will appear on the Edit References page.
For applicants, the message will appear in the application portal where caregivers enter information about Other Adults and References.
Platform: Intake Caregiver and Intake Child or Youth moved to top of navigation menus.
The Intake Caregiver and Intake Child or Youth options have been relocated to the top of their respective menus. A plus icon has been introduced to distinguish their functionality from other menu items.
Platform: Allow agency admins to edit their own supervisees and office/region.
Agency admins now have the capability to modify their own supervisees and office/region settings. Previously, modifying one's own settings was not possible.
Fixes
Licensing: [FIX] Only show "Notice of Action" information on Denied and Closed (Post Approval) statuses.
An earlier update on Jan 25, 2024 inadvertently made the "Notice of Action" options display on the Change Application Status page for all application statuses. This has been fixed, and the options will now only appear in conjunction with the Denied and Closed (Post Approval) statuses.
Platform: [FIX] Partner agency reminder emails now show partner agency logo.
Previously, automated emails from partner agencies displayed the logo of their parent agency while using text referring to the partner agency. This issue has been resolved, and now the logo of the partner agency is correctly displayed in the emails.
