Below is a summary of our upcoming December 7, 2023 release. Our full release notes offer additional detail. New features are available to all customers unless otherwise noted. Our Customer Success Managers are available to answer any questions.

New Features

Licensing: Manage the appeal process for denied or revoked licenses

  • A new workflow allows you to track key dates and important milestones in the appeal process for a denied or revoked license.

  • Appeals can be initiated on the Change Application Status page for applications in "Denied" or "Closed (Post Approval)" status.

  • A new License Appeals report provides insight into agency-wide appeals data.

  • View our Help Center for more information.

Improvements

Licensing: Display "No downloadable documents" when no files exist in Other/Misc Docs

  • If there are no files in the Other/Misc Docs section on the Documents page, it will now show the message "No downloadable documents" instead of appearing empty.

Placements: Child Data PDF easier to download

  • When clicking "View as PDF" on the Child Data page, the PDF will open in a Print to PDF window instead of directly in the browser, making it easier to download.

Fixes

Licensing: [FIX] References associated with closed applications will no longer receive email reminders

  • Previously, references were erroneously sent reminders to complete the reference form even after the application had been closed. This issue has been resolved.

Licensing: [FIX] Supervisor assignments now visible in CSV when filtering for overdue renewals

  • Previously, supervisor assignments were not visible in CSV downloads when filtering the Caregivers Applications dashboard for overdue renewals. This issue has been resolved, and supervisor assignments are visible as intended.

Placements: [FIX] Child call logs now editable

  • Previously, agency workers encountered issues preventing them from editing call logs for children. This has been resolved, and call logs are fully editable for agency workers.
