Dec 28 Binti Release: Renewals Dashboard cleanup and more

Here is a summary of our upcoming December 28, 2023 release. Our full release notes offer additional detail including feature availability. Please contact your Customer Success Managers with any questions.

Improvements

Licensing: We've cleaned up the columns on the Renewal Applications Dashboard. Four columns have been removed, making the dashboard data clearer and more relevant. Some of these columns were also removed from other tabs, as outlined below:

• “Days since app signed” column removed from In Renewal, Closed (Post Approval), Recruiting Dropout, Withdrawn, and Denied tabs on the Caregiver Applications dashboard (this column remains in the Recruiting and Applying tabs).

• “Days from child placed to application approved” column removed from In Renewal, Closed (Post Approval), Recruiting Dropout, Withdrawn, and Denied tabs on the Caregiver Applications dashboard (this column remains in the Recruiting and Applying tabs).

• The “Worker who approved initial application” has been removed from the “In Renewal Process” tab dashboard. This change was made because this information is not applicable to a renewal application.

• “Applicant Data” column removed from In Renewal, Closed (Post Approval), Recruiting Dropout, Withdrawn, and Denied tabs on the Caregiver Applications dashboard (this column remains in the Recruiting and Applying tabs).

  

Licensing: New filter for spoken languages on Caregiver Applications dashboard.

• Caregivers can now be filtered by language in any tab on the Caregiver Applications dashboard. The filter includes both primary and secondary language speakers. Multiple languages can be selected simultaneously.

Licensing: "Date initial application signed" field added to Applicant Data page.

• The date on which an initial application was signed is now visible on the Applicant Data page, underneath the "Date of inquiry" field.

Licensing: Updated language when an application's status is changed to "Denied"

• On the Change Application Status page, we display information labels about the method and date of notice. We updated this language from “Notice of denial sent via” and “Date of notice of denial” to "Notice of action" instead, as it is more universal.

Fixes

Licensing: [FIX] Test applications no longer temporarily show in Caseloads report.

• Previously, when a Binti Admin assigned themselves a template to test its functionality, one extra application would be calculated in the Caseloads report until another template was assigned. This has been fixed, and these test applications are no longer reflected in the Caseloads report.

Licensing: [FIX] Other Adult documents now appear in their expected slots after migrating to Caregiver Documents 2.0 or being transferred to a different template.

• Previously, some Other Adult documents were not appearing as expected after migrating to Caregiver Documents 2.0 or being transferred to a different template. This has been fixed and the documents will appear in their expected slots going forward.
