Improvements

Licensing: eSignature buttons now visible in See Applicant View 

• When forms are awaiting signatures from applicants, co-applicants, or the agency worker, you will now see placeholder buttons in See Applicant View. Previously, these buttons were missing, which made it unclear whether the form was awaiting signatures or not.

Licensing/Placements: New option to deactivate Youth Preferences page in caregiver portal

• Caregivers can use the Youth Preferences page on the caregiver portal to express their preferences for child placement. There is now an option to disable this page upon request to your Customer Success Manager.

Fixes

Licensing: [FIX] Case Loads Report: Correct number of unassigned cases at child agencies now displayed

• Previously, the Case Loads Report incorrectly showed 0 unassigned cases at child agencies for agencies with Agency Relationships. This issue has been fixed, and the report now accurately displays the correct number of unassigned cases.

Licensing: [FIX] Case Loads Report: Non-functional child agency hyperlinks removed

• Previously, the Case Loads Report displayed non-functional child agency hyperlinks for agencies with Agency Relationships. This has been fixed and the hyperlinks have been removed.
