Licensing

Feature: External ID on Applicant Data page

Description: If provided, the External ID for Applicants and Co-applicants is now visible on the Applicant Data page. Previously, this number was stored but not displayed in the user interface. The External ID is typically managed via API.

Availability: All agencies

Configurability: Provided during initial import, editable anytime via API, editable anytime by Customer Support.

Placements

Feature: Easier bed availability management (UPDATE: TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE)

Description: We have redesigned the availability interface on the Edit Placement Information and Call Log pages to make it easier to understand. The new design displays a clear formula that shows capacity, the number of children in the home, beds that are temporarily unavailable, and overall availability.
