Apr 25 Binti Release: Improved Password Reset Experience and more

Improvements

Licensing

• When a password reset link expires, there is now clearer instruction on how to request a new link. Users are now redirected to a page where they can request a new password reset link, rather than only receiving an error message about expiration. These links are valid for 6 hours.

• [FIX] When using Caregiver Documents 2.0, completed HelloSign documents now generate automatically on the Documents page. Previously, users needed to click “Regenerate completed form” to make the form appear in some cases.

• [Fix] If an agency enables and later disables Other Adult types, such as "frequent visitor in home," these types will no longer be linked to Other Adult records. Previously, when an agency turned this feature on and later off, a default type was still assigned to all Other Adults. This fix enhances data quality and accuracy by preventing the unintended assignment of default types.

Placements

• [FIX] Placement call logs created by archived agency workers now remain visible even after the worker is archived. Previously, call logs created by archived agency workers were hidden.
